The FWA-11 provides capability to use our WifiTrax Workshop Windows software to update the firmware in your WifiTrax module.
The module contains a USB/Serial adapter chip mounted on a PCB and with a cable to a 5-pin male JST connector. The JST connector connects to the corresponding female connector on your WifiTrax module to communicate with the serial interface of the on-board microprocessor. Attaching the module forces the microprocessor into boot mode which allows loading of firmware updates from WifiTrax using our WifiTrax Workshop software.
